I got a sample and the customer service was phenomenal. They reached out promptly with a issue I had and fixed it right away. My dry cracked scaly elbows and knees are fixed. I used it on my face because I got burned from sun. It cooled it instantly and redness went away after a day. If you use the proper amount it's not too greasy on face and looks like a glow up
